this is my new project for the 2010 show season. hope to debut it at the old dominion show in richmond. 144" condo, scratch built headache rack, lift axle, real aluminum wheels and a bunch more modifications. colors will be sunset mist, titan silver, gunmetal and metallic grey. this will be pulling a scratch built 48ft drop deck trailer. trailer will not be done in time for richmond though. here are a few progress pics.

Should be pretty cool when it's done. Can't say as I've ever seen a LTL9000 with a condo sleeper, but there's a first ime for everything!

In the eighties there was a guy, (Dan Campbell I think) had a 9000 with a 120 in. double eagle on Bekins. It was featured in American Trucker. Look it up if you can, it was quite a truck. Seems to me he won the use of the truck for a year if I remember correctly.

well guys......the ford has been in the spray booth for a little bit. here is the metallic grey and sunset mist on the cab and hood. this is before the graphics and clear coat. the sleeper is being untaped now. will post pics again when graphics go on. also done a little interior work, billet column and wheel, flocked floor and a few other photoetched details. long way to go yet...........
