A guy posted this link on another forum I visit. I could not believe these were models, and not real cars! Amazing realism!

We're trying to track down this guy. I want to do a magazine feature on his work. His photos are amazing, the best I've seen by far!

George ,I'm a car nut first , never even thought about people , weird but true. Saw his work on the H.A.M.S. Model builders board and the last thing I saw was the ceiling. TKO work! James

Just flat out awesome! The vehicles, the buildings, roads, use of backgrounds, snow, water, etc etc. I was going to say that the only thing missing was people! Just awesome!! Wow!

Most of the cars are Franklin Mint, and Danbury cars, along with some models. He did however scratch build most of the buildings. The diner is a work of art in itself.

Looks like he lives somewhere in eastern Massachusetts, so he's not too far from me. Harry, I found how to e-Mail him and did so. If contact is made, I'd be willing to help write/shoot the article if you need it. Just let me know.

The absolute best I have ever seen. This guy must work in the movies doing miniature sets and such.
What a talent. Oh, to be able to do work this good. I'm jealous.

They did a feature on this guy last night on the CBS Evening News in the Steve Hartman's Asignment America segment.

Here's a link to the segment. You have to watch a short ad first and then the video of this guy comes on.

Great work, seriously. Don't get me wrong, but everything looks too "clean" to be real. The buildings and such need some "wear" and "age" to me. No doubt a very skilled hand behind those though. Maybe things were actually clean and nice back in the day... I was born in the 80s, everything is dirty these days. If only I had the attention span to do something like that. Got the patience, but i'd get bored with it fast. Thanks for the link, that was nice to look at. :)

I'm sorry, but that is more about photography than model building, BUT, they do look really nice, don't they?!

Great photos but it's the models that are the focal point. Rod Serling would have used these in the Twilight Zone for sure. Erie and yet, beautiful in it's desolation. KUDOS
