Any questions about where your vehicle would fit, just ask.
You may build your vehicle as either
-a pre-race vehicle (ready to race, not smashed up)
-or a post-race vehicle (just raced, body is smashed up along with other damage).

Here are the rules I've decided on, based on real demo derby rules I've found.


Also say what vehicle you plan on building, and I'll list them all here.

Ok, put me in. I've decided on the '57 Chevy. I have a '59 Elky gluebomb that I wanted to use, but, in spite of its bad condition, I just didn't have the heart to hack the fins off it. For some reason, I can do that to a '57 Chevy though

I'll see if I can get some pics uploaded tonight.

OK guys. I just threw it into a loose trial look.

Don't panic, I've got a long way to go yet.

Question for YJIslander(Jordan): Will the taped on I-beam over the drivers door fall into reinforcing the drivers door OK?
The sharp edge corners are cut off.

Yeah, that will be fine! Many of the derby car pics I've seen have some sort of beam over the outside of the driver's door.

Just remember you still have to fit the number on the door!

I got the molded-in exhaust and gas tank removed & patched.

Well Kenny, I guess that means extra work I've gotta do.

Gonna make me work for it huh.

All kidding aside, that looks good!

I'm still thinking about what I'm going to use, but I'm STUCK! But I will figure it out though. Everybody's builds are looking good!
