This is how my buddies Packard looked last year however
since then he has changed induction and wheels and tires.

It is a 37 and it sits on a modified set of TCI 34 Ford rails with "Eyeball
Engineering" crossmembers. When he bought it all he got was a stock
body shell, grill and title

When yu say TCI 34 rails, do yu mean a coupe frame or a Tudor or touring sedan set of rails?

Not sure as they are an aftermarket set he picked up at a swap meet
