
I chpped the top at the front, by cutting the A-pillars at the bottom, then cutting the B-pillars at the top. Then I pushed the roof down to where it looked right to me, then marked the pillars where they needed to be cut, then I superglued the roof to the newly cut pillars.

I then cut the front clip off to make a tilt front end for the hearse.

I scratchbuit a cover for the rear most window, then cut out a custom window shape at the back of the cover. I then added a custom shape to the rear side doors windows.

I then decided to change the door opening shape to match the windows. The photo above shows the original shape of the opening.

The photo above shows the door after it was customized.

I bought two Monogram '59 Elderado kits for the frames.

I measured how much I needed to cut the frames so I could stretch them, and then cut them.


And then I put them together.
