i screwed up the paint and there is NO way i can pull of the theme i had in mind so im going a 70s style pro-touring
it will have a upgraded interior with racing seats and gauges, aftermarket rims (lambos) and maybe a different engine (not sure on that)
here are some shots

(underside with the molded exhaust removed and custom build Qtip rear axle)

the body painted and custom decals applied

BMFed, detailed, cleared and polished the body
afixed all for wheels and started work on the engine
here are some shots of where she sits
(should be able to put everything minus the engine together tomorrow after the glass dries

i wanted the engine to look new, but not factory, like it was rebuild by a speedshop, so i went with a nice racy (non factory) red

@Nick- You have about 11 months. If you're a super slow builder like me, get started now!

In that case I think I can wait and finish builds for other Build offs/ community builds@Nick- You have about 11 months. If you're a super slow builder like me, get started now!

very little custom work on this build, just a quick build (when did 2 months become quick
it has the lambo rims, custom decals and a set of parts box headers running through some custom pro street style pipes
(actually modified revell challenger units)
comments are always welcome

I might give this a crack as well. I'm currently building a 68 Charger with a viper engine. Trying my luck with building something in the pro-touring look. Well, that's the plan at the moment. Still thinking of colours etc.
only one colour will do with a body that great packing a punch that big...panther pink
im mulling over the MPC prostreet 72 cuda i just got and that is all ive decided on, it will be panther pink (well, moulin rouge since its a mopar)
