Hi Folks,

First off, aplogies to those who commented on this thread in the last year. Did not intend to take a whole year off but everything is fine now and am ready to get back to this one.

Working on the cab, building up the windshield frame, gutter and fixing up the roof. Have never been happy with the shape of the roof and it took some damage in storage. Will use a two part metal filler for repairs....

Hot dang!!! Randy's back and more than wanting to see this build continue, I'm glad to see you're OK and have not dropped off the edge of the earth.

The epic build continues with a new chapter.

I know...humbling, right Mark?! I see this and I think "I have a LOT to learn yet!" The shaping of complex parts thing I get. It's the soldering that throws a monkey wrench in the whole thing for me. Amazing.

Hi Folks,

Brad, Thank you my friend :)

Thanks Clay

Thank you Rob!

Thanks Mike, Good to be back!

Thank you Greg!!

Ryan, Thank you!

Thanks Mark!

Chris, Thank you, with your skills you would be fine with the metal!

Hello Niko!! Thank you for the kind words, I will be getting back on the drag car also!

Hi David, thank you and I need to find and check your progress :)

update...

I have had a change in thinking as work resumed on this one. Going to go with a hot rod look as opposed to the rat rod that inspired me in the first place. I have been checking out reference pics of 1948 Diamond T trucks and decided to change.
Still going to keep the no front fender look and keep it low to the ground, just better looking paint :D :D

Some ref pics....
