You usually have to look at 1:16th and larger scales to find this level of detail.

Brad ,the pulleys were in my spares box, left over white metal castings from some steam powered machinary I was building. Found in the detail parts section (Railroad) at Caboose Hobbies. The belts are just Tamiya yellow tape.
Not alot of progress but....
Working on the throttle linkage..
