I am surprised to see the "Firestone" decals for the tires still there.

Thought R-M dumped all tire logos a few years ago.

I still want one of these. I have both convertibles, and both 56's. 

Also still need to get the 57's!!

What do you do with black tire decals?

Apply them over the whitewall/stripe band decals, and presto, raised black letter tires.  :D The original Revell '55 Bel Air Hardtop kit included some nice Firestone tires, too.

In this kit, I believe the Firestone decals are for the Wide-White Tire inserts

for the Stock Hardtop!!!

 Always loved 55 Chevy's. If I am able to get one of these it will be the first chevy I build this year. That is saying a lot !
