Only the Warning placard on the tailgate, all the others are spares from kits.

I work in Huntley Illinois, remember what kit had those Farmer Market decals?

Those are from the Revell '37 Ford pickup reissue, the new version with the '38 grille and hop up parts for the Flathead.
