I liked the body in the pics that I had for referance so I decided to leave the numbers off and make it a street version.

I used Tamayi's Italian Red in the can and the Tamayi clear. Two coats of red and one coat of clear. I painted the mirrors but when I sat them on the fenders I didn't like them so I went with Viper mirrors. I just tossed the old ones back in the box. I like these better for a street car.Now you have a impressive model at home!....
2 questions, what paint did you used with this model, and what you did with the rear mirrors that came with the model?

There actually was one P4 driven on the street. Dino Martin (Dean's son) had one painted yellow with blue wheels(YES) the roof was open and it had 4 glasspacks to try to quiet it down.There was a feature on the car in an old issue of Motor Trend from the late 60s.
