This is the second one I've done, pretty much built concurrently with the first, but with a few small differences and improvements.
I tried to match the color of the Deora in the Hot Wheels double set, because Mike A himself told me that was the color he thought was most correct.

That looks great! did you scratch build the tonneau cover or is it included in one of the older issues of this kit?

It's scratchbuilt. The tonneau is only in the very first issue of the Deora, but that one's not even really correct - the insert is much too wide.

This looks really beautiful! I'm in the process of researching this build right now. I have the MPC reissue with the camper shell. I'm trying to find out, did previous reissues have the bed cover? Or do people just scratch build them? Also, any more pics of the bed cover? Thanks!

The older kits had the bed cover.
They also had a clear bed cap that made it look like a van.
