Yeah, because of the shape of the head and the curve of that front fender you're going to have a real chore ahead of you if you plan on making a zoomie type header fit. You see very few fendered deuces with zoomie headers because of this. I think you'de be better off just going straight down with a standard header for a hemi and then make some exhaust pipes that exit before the rear tire. The MPC 67 Charger street machine had a nice set of headers.

You're doing an awesome job. Interior and engine look GREAT!! I especially love the key chain and the "footprint" gas pedal.
Reminds me of that part on Joe Dirt - "I thought you said you had a hemi?.." ~ "Oh...ummm... It's at the shop right now having the footprint gas pedal installed..."

one small taste thing , i think chrome rims would stand out more on the very dark colors sceme and make it pop more ..

I'm loosley basing this on a local Car, he runs genuine 60's Halibrand Magnesium whells that are well Magnesium.looks awsome ..
