Her hair is a wig . She slipped it on just before this pic was taken . Or ... like Marge Simpson , she just bends it . Thanx ..Her hair is spring loaded...

The car pictured is a Panhard 24CT (not "TC!")... introduced in 1963 for the 1964 model year, and built through 1967.
Here is the original French brochure. I.m pretty sure that the manufacturer got the name of their own car right!

They looked pretty much the same throughout the entire run, so anyone who guessed anywhere from 1963 to 1967 got it "right," more or less!
