Jeff that was a meeting before I joined the club. Who built the 34 Ford pickup, I would like to see more of it.

Thats Ok, bring an old build or a current project. Or just hang out and bs with the rest of us. Are you from Wichita? I'm in Great Bend about 2 hours away. Hope to see you tomorrow.

We had a good meeting for a hot June day! Short a few members but, still a great turnout . Phil gave a excellent tutorial on bare metal foil & with out his" opti visor"! Good eyes & steady hands Phil!.
The July 9th 2011 Automobilia Moon light car show & model car contest is approaching fast so get your entry's ready Modelers ! Young people are welcome & urged to attend our meetings should they have interest.
Our Next meeting will be a week early on July 2nd 2011. 1:00 pm sharp.

Thanks for the kudos on the BMF tutorial. I want to get more club members involved in demonstrations, so if anyone has something they think is a good technique, please show us at the meetings.

And, don't forget about the model contest on July 9 at the Automobilia Moonlight Madness Car Show. If you need information about it, just give one of us a holler.

Could it have been any hotter omg that was a warm car show. The models were on display were really cool.

Wichita on Saturday 6:00 pm was 107 in the shade. Medicine Lodge KS was 114 so we had a cool front.

Yes Jeff where are the pics? I had to work and missed out. While you guys were at the show I was putting new motors on irrigation wells. Believe me it wasn't any cooler in the middle of those corn fields.

Since I don't see how to start a new topic, I will post this here. Instead of the Sept 10 meeting, we will meet at Atuomobilia and carpool to Hutchinson to meet Dennis Hayden's son Mike. Mike has agreed to let the club look over Dennis' collection and buy what we want. We will meet at 1:00 pm and get to Hutch between 2:00 and 2:30 PM. I hope everyone can make it.

Well, Jeremiah, come on down to Automobilia next Saturday, November, 12. Dues are $1.00 per rmonth. Sorry we don't get much posted here. I don't usually come on the forum. I mainly do yahoo groups. I guess I should start a yahoo group for the model club.

The next meeting is Dec. 10 at 1:00 PM. We will be talking about the model contests coming up at the Starbird/Devlin show in Jan. and the Chill show in Feb. We need as many people there, so we can decide on the classes. I have seven classes in mind for the Starbird/Devlin show.
