If I get time I may jump in on this one too. As long as I'm allowed to build the aussie version of detroit iron. I'm looking at building my Aussie built 56 chev, in stock trim, and then I want to build it as the finished product, which won't fit into this category as it'll have modern wheels etc.. It's the same car pretty much, except the steering wheel is on the right side. So if that's cool and I get the time, I'll be in.

hey guys, quick update. I have fully prepared the chassis and the engine and headers are installed in my '59. When my health picks up I'll get to work on the multi-piece body. I am ambitious about this but will approach it with caution.

Samuel Cheal's 1959 Ford Galaxie.

Here's the car I'm replicating guys. It's my mates 1959 Ford Galaxie he bought and restored (at home)whilst living in the US.

Yes, I'm even putting in the Bandana that is tied arounf the steering column.

SO i was thinking about doing this if a Larry Watson style car is allowed or does it have to be stock?

Nick i'm changing my build ,wasn't feeling the nomad.
Gonna do a '55 cameo instead,getting at the first step of sanding and trimming the plastic right now

My entry will be a 58 Belvedere. color will be Citrus Yellow Metallic, Interior will be interior Green and pale green by model master.
