In the last two months I have bought 3 Galaxie Limited trailers from hobby shops and all three were missing the decals. I feel bad calling Gary a third time on this and I don't want him to think I am trying to rip him off. I don't know if it is someone stealing the decals out of the boxes or what but three different hobby shops and two different trailers have been missing decals. As anyone else had this issue? The trailers were the 36 ft. gooseneck and the 21 ft. tag a long (the two newest issues).

I bought one of the 5th Wheel trailers this spring, and it had the decals. They are pretty spiffy decals, and I can see why they might "wander" away, especially since those kits aren't sealed in a traditional way.

That's what I am thinking. Someone in the St. Louis area must really need those decals.

From talking to some other people it seems to depend on what series you got as well. Seems the older kits didn't have decals, but the newer ones have a sheet that Microscale made. Or perhaps someone is sitting around their house with a huge pile of decal sheets giggling like a ninny. It's a pretty nice sheet too, has several states worth of plates, a couple of company names, some "Private Not Fore Hire" things, "reflective DOT tape", etc.

The "Not for hire" decal and the DOT tape are the biggest things I am after. I have a couple of the smaller trailers and since all the trailers use the same decal sheet I have extra of some stuff but I really hate to use several pieces of remnant decal for the dot tape over getting the full length. It still takes one full length and a bit but I would rather only have one seam over using decal pieces that are just an inch long all down the side of the trailer.

Perhaps I can get a sheet from Microscale instead of asking Galaxie to send me another sheet.

I would ask Galaxie again before contacting MicroScale. If it is as you say, there should be no problem getting replacements no matter how many kits you got that were missing decals.

The printer (MicroScale) is not in the business of stocking product and should not be providing replacements in lieu of the the kit manufacturer (Galaxie). Just as you would not get any from the the decal artist (Scale-Master) who drew the sheet even though they may have some...

I recently bought two of them, each from a different source. Just checked and they both have the decals included.
