I think it's leftover stock that someone bought at Toledo from Okey. Or the infamous employee took some home when Johan closed and they are selling them off. That would be my guess.

There was/is a different seller on eBay from Romeo, MI (which I think is close to Detroit?) selling original JoHan box art renderings/art which was displayed in the lobby of the JoHan building, too.
