Evil Iron Trike.
Built slowly over the past year. The original paint scheme was changed and repainted 95% Gloss Black with 5% Gun Metal.
All the chrome was removed and 6 different Alclad paints were used.
The forks are brass rod, as are the rear struts.
The halbred is real wood with red wire as wrapping.
Handle bars were cut off and rotated about 45 degrees. Gaffers tape for the grips

cool model; brings back memories of my friend David's older brother Clay building Revell bikes.... hard and fast rule: "don't freaking TOUCH Clay's models, man..."

Love it. I remember seeing these trikes in the '77 Revell catalog and thinking they were just too cool for me to ever even think of building.

Any chance we could get a close up pic of the rear wheels, please?

Saw this trike in person at a contest this past weekend. Great work especially with the different metallic sheens. It is one sharp trike!

This shot shows some of the engine detail. The chains on the headlights had indents drilled onto each link to provide better detail.

The sword and halberd were painted Stainless Steel using Alclad. The halbred is real wood with red wire used to bind the wood to the plastic. A gold acrylic was dry-brushed onto the high spots.
