James, This looks GREAT!!!! You are going in the right direction with this.
I have one question. How or what did you use for the black and white floor???
I have been looking for this in scale and can't find anything close.
Thanks and keep at it.I will be following this one.

Thanks, it has been a headache, but it's getting there slowly.

The floor (as well as wall plugs and such) is self adhesive sheets I got on Ebay.

Looks great, I've been wanting to build a shop but I don't think my wife will let me use her desk.

Gotta get your own desk man, if you got the room for it. I have a pretty large shop, ALL to myself. I do need a bigger desk though.

It's been cleaned up since these pics were taken. I'll also be getting a Pace paint booth in April.

I have mine but I don't have a place to leave it yet. We're looking for a place to live so I can have room to work on my 1:1s as well.

Decided to work on the dio a little today. Picked up some doors and windows from the train section on Ebay.

For floors like that I found some paper with that pattern at Hobby Lobby. They have an aged pattern as well. .59 a sheet. I now need to build a showroom dio to use it. :)

From you, Mr. Hamilton, that is a great compliment. I really need to get your book, but WOW they are expensive.

This garage is really turning out great. Good job James, I wish my skill allowed me to do something like this.

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys, it means a lot.

Alberto, I have NO skill. I just build it the way I see it in my head. Obviously it's been a SLOW process.
