Since I am waiting for the clear coats to cure before I start the wetsanding and polishing , I started working on the mini, this is going to be a quick simple build, here is what I a have gotten done so far.

Interior is looking good, as well as the brakes

The Celica is looking really good Michael, as are yours Jonathan. Do I see two Ferraris?

Slow progress on the E-type, repainted some of the body because gloss paint showed some uneveness in the bodywork - looks much better now

Got the engine painted and added a distributor made from sprue (kit doesn't include one) before adding wiring. A wash applied to the wheels too to bring out the spokes.

Nice work on the engine and wheels, really nice , roadkill, that dash looks amazing, very nice work on the interior .

Yes you did see two Ferraris, one is the 360, and the other is a f430 scuderia I am working on, I had to strip and repaint it, so now I just need to wet sand and polish it, if I decide too .

Just got the body polished out on the 360, and I have started final assemble , waiting for the wheels I am going to use to get here. I have kind of mess some things up while finishing it up.

Well I finished the mini up, yea not one of my better builds, I am going to change the tires .


Almost done with the 360, I really made a mess of this one trying to finish it up, I almost dont want to post pics of it.

The builds look pretty good from where I'm sitting Jonathan, and you build fast . I'm only part way through my first build, but number 2 arrived today on a not so slow boat from China

So got something done today. Not mutch thou. Started to widen the mudguards, and had to test fit the engine. Its a Audi dtm engine and it will be a tight fit but we ll use some grease and a shoehorn . But enuff said here are some pics.

Thanks , but I took the pics on the good side , I like DTM cars, and I have been wanting to do some DTM and GT cars, its on my list for next year, I am looking forward to seeing this build . The tires and wheels for the 360 I think are on the slow boat from japan

Like what I see so far Patami. I have built one of the Audi DTM kits, that engine should be cool in your Volvo .

The Audi kit was awesome, highly recommended Jonathan, hope the Merc is as good.

Thank you guys for your kind words. Forgot to mention erlier that the Volvo is ofcourse a Airtrax resin kit. Bout it for 22.73 dollars at a modelshow. As an cast error kit. So that means thers some issues like varying thikness on the body and florpan. But nothing to big that cant be sorted out.

Pretty mutch an old body and new intterior and new drivetrain.

I havent desided yet if i go wiht the v8 or if i gonna try and make it look like the Volvo B 27 v6. What do you guys think Audi V 8 or Volvo V6?

I have a BMW kit on the way for this CBP,

Got some pearl clear on the Jag today, and started on the suspension

No the BMW is in the states , but there are so many none US car kits I want to build, I wont be running out of ideas anytime soon, I am also bidding on a RoG mercedes kit right now too.
