Thanks guys!

Brad, yeah I really thinks it helps pop those details with that shadow effect.

Rom, yeah it's been fun, and alot simpler than yours hahaha..............it's 1/25 scale by the way.

Richard, look forward to seeing your P/M builds using my parts, I'm sure they will look great!

Thanks Jim and Chris,

Well got another sub-assembly done. I detailed it with my harness set, nuts and bolts and some pastel chalk for the foot wells to give it a raced look. Thanks for looking!

That is gorgeous!! So clean and sterile. I'm a big fan of your work Charlie as well as your products. Keep at it as I can't wait to see this build completed. Another masterpiece in the making.

The interior looks great Charlie, she's coming along good. 1 question, is the chassis/rollcage painted orange or is it the flash from the camera, because all the pics I've ever seen of JJ's car the chassis was red.

Thanks, Brad and Richard,

Richard, the few pics I have of this actual version/car looks to me like the frame is somewhat of an orangy/red. It didn't look like a direct red or orange so what I did was to undercoat the frame with a dark gray and over-coated it with an orange, you can say I hate using the airbrush to get an exact shade with all that mixing and clean-up, so I'm a can only guy haha.... Yes the flash is producing a much brighter color than it is.

I know what you mean about airbushes Charlie, had a cheap (but nice)one back in Fl., didn't mind mixing the paint just really hated having to clean the dang thing!, spray cans are much easier, turn upside down & spray. LOL!

Thanks guys, here's another small update. I finnished the rear wheel/tire assembly. I decided to remove the molded on lugnuts on the wheels and drilled them out to accept .025 Evergreen rod along with my PTMC 25 Hex Fittings for the lugnuts. I also added my PTMC 72 Tire Valve Stems then gave everything a light wash for that raced look. Thanks for looking.

Absolutely Great job with this Camaro FC. Interior looks very good to me, and I like those rear wheels and tires too. They look very realistic. These builds make me want to buy some Pro Tech Parts from the next Model Car Contest. B)

The wheels look great Charlie!, I've seen the lug/stud idea on your website & plan on using it myself, I'll be posting some pics very soon (maybe if I can later today). This is to Niko, go ahead & buy the parts from Charlie, while I don't have some of the things Charlie sells, I do have his Detail Wire, Seatbelts & Braided Line, they are excellent & not expensive, I highly recommend them.

Thamks guys, I finally got a little more done on this. The chassis is complete with engine and cockpit installed. I used one of the tanks as a water tank and scratcbuilt a pump. All the lines plumbed with my (Pro Tech) braid and fittings. Next, wheels and tires will be installed and onto some body work. Thanks for looking!
