This is a steam powered pete that would probably make a cool truck. It has steam train running gear:

And then their was the Tonka Appocalypse trucks that I can not seem to find a pic of that will work.

Here's where I sit with my scout car.
This was a period NASCAR kit that was hopelessly warped and twisted in the box. Perfect for a warped and twisted build.

I will design and find more inspiration while I am waiting on parts. Need to do some more research before I get the frame together.
