My Post Apocalyptic Scopedog Diorama is finished I decided to paint the battle Germlin a little different and added the tree. I ended up not putting the tree in the robot's hand I hope you all like it.

Roger, I like these pictures. It looks like it's a island surrounded by water. Very cool.

For those of you interested in making your own Fuel drums, here's quick how-to a friend of mine put together on YOUTUBE. He makes it look real easy, and the final results are super cool.

He sent me a couple of these drums to use in the HIGHWAY TO HELL diorama, and I sure will. Enjoy:

Update on the Supply Trading Vehicle - I'm nearing the final stretch! The truck itself is nearly complete, all that's left is to make/paint the remaining "supplies". I just finished the generator, which I based on a Briggs and Stratton. It was made with sheet and rod styrene, some aluminum tubing, and a little wire for the pull cord. Here it is before the paint...

And after.

This is where the truck is at this point. I just need to add on some trim pieces and it should be done. No glass in this one - the Trader loves the hot apocalyptic breeze blowing through his hair! :D

Slick generator...nice job on that and the truck.
Suggest perhaps the front tire protectors may be too close for the front wheels to turn.

Hi everyone. This is my first post here, I found this thread recently and I have to say it Broke me out of a pretty bad slump. I'm building a vehicle that I could actually build in my garage in the event of a zombie apocalypse. Using an old truck from the junk out back, taking parts from farm machinery and weapons from over run military checkpoints. this is what i have so far. I started with this kitPosted Image
and this is what I have so far

The idea is you roll into an area you want to clear out. in this truck with open headers and i'm probably going to have speakers also blasting, all the noise will draw the Zombies out. There will be two .50 cals in the ring mounts clearing a path and keeping the sides clear while you drive nice and slow letting a horde gather following you. Then you fire up the minigun and shred them. Fish in a barrel and all that. Thanks for looking.
