Are you talking old Sterling or new?
Illini Replicas used to cast a Sterling from the late '40s/early '50s. I'm not sure if they are still in business, though.
I ran across a 1/25 scale toy new Sterling a couple of years ago. Not perfect but it could have made a decent model with some work and a chassis from a Ford Aeromax.

I would do both early and late model trucks. any body know of the die cast one ?
