Interesting...wish the Ace Hardware around the corner from me had a hobby section...A true modeler looks everywhere. On a road trip for the company one time I found some old (before they were re-released) Monogram '30 Ford Woodies at a dinner. Best place ever ACE Hardware it Tucson,AZ . They have a complete plastic only, and trains too, hobby shop that just keeps on growing.

at Epcot Center in Disney World. They have Tamiya kits for sale in Japan. bought a 66 Beetle kit when I was there a few years ago.
I remember buying Tomica and Siku diecast at Epcot Center when I was there in the 80s...

Did it have a Disney gift shop price?at Epcot Center in Disney World. They have Tamiya kits for sale in Japan. bought a 66 Beetle kit when I was there a few years ago.

Speaking of farm equipment and models, when I grew up in Ohio, there was a store called Quality Farm & Fleet (I think it was a chain)..they had a great selection of ERTL models and diecast IIRC, around 1980 or so...
We had a Quality F & F here (later turned into a Tractor Supply). They never carried kits, but always did have a nice selection of 1/64 Ertl DC, of which I was collecting at the time.
