Looks like somebody bought up the leftover parts from Hummer. 
That FC is pretty awesome, though, even if it's frontal crash test rating would be abysmal.
The nose of the J-12 seems a bit small in proportion to the rest of the truck, though.

As cool as that FC is, it would never make it past NHTSA or IIHS I do really like the J-Truck concept though, that actually looks like it's something that could be crashable too!

You'd need a built in step plate on the front hubs to even have a chance of climbing in through the front doors.

Love the FC, but I just can't bring myself to like the J-truck. The front end just looks out of proportion with the rest of the truck.

I saw these concept Jeeps and a few more at last summer's 2nd annual Bantam Jeep festival in Butler, PA. They both look better in person, but I agree Chuck, the proportions of the JK derived J-truck are off.
A friend got a ride in the FC concept...he said it needed some floorboard windows!
