[bill_rules]

Picked a pair of these up, wondering what kit they came in. One is molded in white and one in blue. Sprue is marked F 2502221

Thanks Dave. The blue is identical, with the same sprue number. It's missing the seat, but that gives me an excuse to start dabbling in a little casting.

if the blue one is dark blue then orginial Bigfoot monster truck

It is dark blue. Mighty small bikes to go with such big trucks. I like to pick up the little extra's that used to be included in kits whenever I get the chance. Thanks all.

After doing some more searching, I think the white bike is from the AMT GMC Jimmy Bushwacker kit. Sprue doesn't match the one in the Bigfoot model. The Bigfoot bike appears to be a larger dirt bike rather than a 70cc or so trail bike. Like to have one from the Bigfoot kit.

This is surely a Honda Trail 70,I should know as I have a 1972 Honda Trail 70 type C in my garage.This is one of the funnest bikes to ride around out there.

Look again, it's not an exact match. The "F" sprue flap is missing, as well as the other sprue flap in the diagonally opposite corner. I think yours is from a later kit.

I did see a Bigfoot kit on eBay last night which shows all the parts, so maybe check that one against your blue parts.

Never noticed the missing flap, my eyes were fixed on the parts. I saw the Bigfoot, not a match. The blue I have is identical to the white one posted above, including the tree #.

not sure what issue Bigfoot you saw but heres a pic from AMT #6791 Bigfoot issued in 1984 and has the same tree number F2502221 little trail bike

That's a later version of, and not the original Bigfoot, so if that kit is complete, it looks like the minibike was no longer included at that point.

There are quite a few. Scale Auto did a bike kit history in their Harley/bike themed issue with Willie G Davidson on the cover in the mid-'90s.
