Odd proportions, but I kinda like it, except for those stupid wheels!

Not crazy about the color, but I think just a few extra inches between the rear of the doors and the rear wheel openings would help the proportions. Overall though, I like it- it actually works pretty well when you consider the battleship-like dimensions the original car had.

I have looked at this car up close in person twice at the Detroit Autorama . This car is very nice and spot on . you can not look at this car from a picture , you need to see it in person. Very nice work. You need look at this car next to the four door it came from . The pictures above are from an angle and you all now what that does to the proportions of a car.

As a designer myself, I have to agree with Harry that the proportions don't work, at least in the photos. I really like the idea, the concept, and I think the craftsmanship looks absolutely first rate. It's also true that MANY cars look much better in reality than they do in photos, but one would think a photographer of cars would have a feel for this and be able to shoot from an angle that doesn't tend to shorten it so much.

The car IS visually stunning, no doubt about that, but until I see it in person, I'll have to stay with my statement that the proportions are awkward.
