Here are two unusual kits that I own. At first the colorful Belarus MTZ-100 in 1:20 scale. Crisp molded parts in relatively big scale from a russian manufacturer.

Attached File  Belarus MT3100 parts.jpg   382.95KB   6 downloads

For a detailed view please visit: http://www.modelency...php?ItemId=6379

At second the 1924 AMO F15 in 1:24 scale. This kit was produced in the GDR for the russian market and has steerable wheels, but no engine detail.

I wouldn't mind either of those kits. The AMO seem quite accurate when compared to the pictures of the real ones.  An engine would not be hard to scratch build.

Yes, for an advanced modeller! But this was my first car kit at age of 13 and it was horrible! Now the AMO is only a collectible piece with some emotional memories. Building this kit? I don't know!

Here I found a double kit of simplyfied slot car kits. A Maserati and a Chapparal II. The Box is labled with Hawk/USA, but I never found the originals of this kit.

They were originally from Hawk.  I don't know what's up with the Russian box....

Oh man i am still laughing hard on this one, cool idea but hahah! attachicon.gifMonogram 6039 Rambo Set.JPG

I had one of those off the bay 6 years ago, but yeah strange that was one of the reasons for getting it was the odd ball factor.

And before anyone says it is available in resin. Look at the Door location on the kit, and on the resin!!

Yes, the resin is based on this, but door moved to Right side!!!

Those buses are crazy, but the box art, those are totally weird!

So allow me to add to the weirdness!

A little Flea Market scene, it comes with everything pictured, including the little cartoon vendor!

This little cart is in 1/25th! Too bad it does not come with the figure! But it does have a display base that includes the fence and trees!

Thought I posted this!

Don Loomis offered a Conversion body Based on those Isuzu BXD's

His was converted to American OLDIE and advised you to

combine it with one of the Older Pickup kits.

ie 40 Ford, 41 Chevy, 50 Chevy or Ford.

I believe they are also occasionally seen on evilbay , and sometimes with a cowl/hood piece

I think a 40 or 41 Ford.

I have not seen one in a while.

Only problem is the base for the body is 1/32, not 1/25, plus if you look at old American school buses, it still has a ways to go to be correct.

Casey; I have the Chrysler boat, as my dad worked at Chrysler Marine in Hartford, WI. They had a big show at the local Chrysler Plymouth and Dodge dealer(harden Motors). I would say the year was 1969, they had the whole line of boats on display and outboard and inboard motors on display.Chrysler gave all the kids of the familys MPC Chrysler boats and engines, still have that boat and trailer to this day.
