Nice build. If they bring it back I hope they retool and put it on a WS frame instead of a Freightliner frame. Either way nice clean build.

I would settle for the battery boxes from the 5964 as opposed to a correct frame, I could deal with the frame easier

I hope they reissue this kit as well, I'd love to have one, I used to have the sortimo version and it was awesome. I wish someone would make the newer style truck, like the Lomax or something like that, that would be great!!!

Yep, good re-issue subject. It builds up into a nice replica as we see here. Good job, both of you. i'm not very fond of brown usually, but it suits this truck nicely Jeff.

I've said this before, it wouldn't be a major investment on Italeri's part. Pretty much a new hood, they already have the cab from the 5900. Use the 60 Series from the Pete, rear suspension from the FLD Freightliner. Pretty much kit bash a "new" kit, they did it with the Fords. They only companies I see making anything modern are Italeri and Moebius

Moebius definitely, Italeri, for some reason lately they seem to be having problems issuing new kits. Revell just reconstituted both their US and German operations. Technically they are in a position to offer some new tools.

how do you guys attach the hoses and power to the trailer? Just Glue? Nice rigs.
