Galaxie Limited's '48 Chevy Coupe
Posted 04 May 2013 - 05:56 PM
At our club meeting last night a member brought in a "test shot" of Galaxie's Chevy Coupe. The Sedan and Sedan Delivery have been out for quite awhile and just maybe the Coupe will be on the shelves this fall, we'll see?

I remember this one, the test shot was painted red and looked beuatiful!!
It has been posted earlier last year or so, it is a modified reissue from Galaxie, so it's a 1948 just like their counterparts (i think you could build 1947 and 1948)
Can't wat to see the production model of thid one!!
Here's the picture of the completed test shot in 2012..

Mmmm.....now I can build one each from each year.
Just gotta figure out which ones I want to do what which way.
So, they're thinking a fall release date?

Still hoping for a Convertible, but Can work with the New hardtop to get one
At least it will be easier than trying it on the Fleetline!!

I hope you guys like the pics. Learning how to use the camera, so sorry about the dark pics. Parts molded in black. I know the kit will be in the usual off white. Should be out in the fall.
Very nice coupe body

I expect this kit will be a knock out the the aero sedan. Looks great in the pictures!

I do like what I seeing. This goes on the "get" list, absolutely without question.
I'll have all three- and I can do one each 1946-47-48 car. Works for me.
