Bill, I have never seen any Dodge brothers autos or trucks that old in scale . I used to know where there was a 1929 Dodge touring car was but it got moved and I think after it was , it was subsequently sold to a private collection up North. Ed Shaver

Thanks Ed, I was afraid of that. It'll make it a little harder to build this....

1927 Dodge frame, cab and fenders, 36 Chevy grill and assorted rust, powered by a 354 Hemi. Fenders were my main concern.

The only pre-1941 Dodge pickup model I have ever seen (and I do have one) is the Danbury Mint diecast 1/24 scale 1929 Dodge pickup, like this: http://www.phillymin...danbury/923.jpg

From looking at the pic, the 1929 fender doesn't appear to have the raised center areas the '27 fenders have. Seems I'm looking at some serious fabrication issues on this project.

If it were me Bill, I would look closely at a Ford Model A fender . First, remember that the Dodge brothers once worked with ole Henry. Tool and die technology just wasn't that advanced . Looking at the Cab, looks like a modified 1929 Ford Enclosed with added dimensions . Fenders , 1927 Model T maybe , the grille ,uh perhaps modifying a 41 Chevrolet truck grille ............ Ed Shaver

That's probably the route I'll go , Ed. Looks like I need to visit Modelhaus and see what I can come up with.
