Since this is a "hardtail" as long as the fender isn't touching, there wouldn't be a problem.
My mistace didint take that into consideration. But i sitll hold on to Model

Well, at 60 real and 5 model, I'd say Harry went easy on us or he just flat out fooled us! Can't wait to see what the verdict is.
