I attended the IPMS Regional Convention in Columbia, SC yesterday. This was a great show with a large number of car modelers turning out. I know alot of car modelers are turned off by the IPMS judging criteria but I really learned alot working with these guys yesterday. To me, it seems to be a very fair system once you understand that model building fundamentals are the focus. I have attached a few pics, more in my album at the link:

I wish I had known about this show, Columbia is about 80 minutes away and I would have loved to check this out.
