I used White Lightning and Star Spangled Blue Testors lacquer for the paint, with hand painted graphics. The parts are mostly stock, but I added some different wheels from my parts box.

Here's the finished versions of my Chilly / Chili Willy's themed '40s pickups. I just wanted to do some quick fun builds, and thought I'd go with a Hot / Cold theme. The hot Chili Willy's thread can be found here.
