Hey all, I was lucky enough to hit Truckworld here in toronto a few weeks ago and I did get a bunch of pics and well some of them are of a Series 60 Detroit engine and I thought they might make some nice referance pictures for detail.

Reference pictures are always good.

Here is a DD series 60 I did a few years back...for the Freightliner pictured in the avatar....OEM DD blue paint...custom decals, that are readily available
Its the engine that comes out of the Italeri Pete 378 kit....

This is the DD 60 I installed in the Freightliner in my avatar. It is a CFC item offered before Italeri offered theirs. It also has authentic DD engine paint. At the time of installation, no detail decals were available (late 1990s). I was going to print them using my Alps printer but I wanted to get the project completed. It still isn't compete!

That is strange as the only ones I had ever seen were black including a pile of them at a Mack Dealer in Minnesota and a KW I drove.

I also managed to grab a handful of shots of the Maxforce 13, I was gonna post those pics up for the Lonestar/Prostar kits but I do believe they cam with the Maxforce 15 and I am not sure how much of a differance.
