For the thick glass, have you tried dipping them in Future to see if it "smooths" out the distortion? Looking good!

No, but I sprayed it with transparent green and that seemed to help.Chuck,

Man this thing is KOOL, but it needs something on the firewall, maybe a couple of gauges set into it???

Turns out, the green car in the first post DOES exist. Might be a Tempest, actually.
