I was just mulling over the idea of putting a couple of lift axles on Ertl's Paystar and mounting a Lindberg ( IMC ) milk tanker body on it to make a quad axle straight truck. Any thoughts?

I agree with Chuck, just do it. I've seen it done before on different trucks, and it looks good. I'm thinking of putting it on either the Paystar or the GMC General as a quad axle truck.

I've done it - fits 1/25 nicely, just a hair small on 1/24th. You're on the right track.

Nice pic Chuckyr, that's what I had in mind. See em all the time in NE Iowa,Wi and Mn. Thanks for all the positive comments. Seen Lindberg is releasing all the old IMC trailers separately that's what got me thinking.
