Ok,so I'm real anxious to jump on this one...
Got this the other day off eBay for 40 bucks shipped in mint condition....
Hahaha.... You can only imagine what I'm planning....
Inspired by a fellow builder that goes by Minidreams... I plan on opening this up and using a Grand National as a donor... Will not be usin the 6 cyl... Gonna dig through the stash for a choice motor for this....

I would skip trying to use the Grand National as a donor, it's 1/24 and most likely too big to fit inside this body. I would use the new Revell 72 Cutlass kit. It it what was actually in the car for real and is the same scale, you can pick one up at Micheals or Hobby Lobby for around $12-$15 with a 40% off coupon.

Already checked and it's almost a perfect match..,,
Got it torn apart and ready to start doing some test fitting of the Grand National Chassis....

This needs 15" wheels with High profile tires. They would look very good on this, I just don't dig those big wheels. ;)

I'm not usin the wheels either... I just wanted to see what it would look like... I think I hit the wrong button also... This is a 75 Cutty.... Not a 76...

Trimmed the chassis, and it fits perfect... Cutlass interior tub fits with no problem...
It's a choice of either supremes or wires....

That's a 24th scale chassis under there? FIRST time i've ever seen one fit into a 25th scale body so well, almost like it was made for it! It's comming out REALLY good!!!
