It's been 48 hours so here's a hint :  It's a model of a Show Car from the 60's .

I'm really sorry, I haven't had time to sort anything out yet - if someone else can get one posted, please do.

That's correct, so let the plastic color be your guide.

One would think the color is a give away. Only thing that comes to  mind is Mopar.

Perhaps the Monogram Pie rod? At least that's what I think the name was.....

Nope, not Mopar. No radiator, either...

No, not Monogram, but it kind of falls between show rod and street driven. A famous customizer was involved, though.

The only thing I can think of is the "Barris T Buggy" ,  but I've only seen them molded in yellow .

Cool. The color through me off, it looked like the color plastic Monogram used in the Lil Coffin and a few other kits. Plus, my Station Wagon Buggy is molded in white.

Well, here is my next part. It's half a styrene tire.

Is that one of those that AMT had you glue onto a vinyl tire to make a wide oval?

Oh boy. I've seen styrene tires in Aurora, MPC, and AMT kits, but Polyglas usually means late '60s- early '70s, so I will throw out AMT '71 Camaro as my first guess.
