Nope. And it's not American, but one of them foreign jobs (the car, not the model company). Very detailed for its day (which was during the Johnson administration).

It's been issued by two different American companies, many many years apart. And the country of the car's origin was a member of the Axis, for a while...

Still nope - although the first two letters of AMT, "A" and "M", just happen to be the first letter of the original company that made the kit and the first letter of the company that reissued it (in that order).

Nope. Don't worry about the exact year; it's not mentioned on the box. Not German (or Japanese) but still Axis. But it was not one of the "battle aces of the road".
