I'll probably see you at the show, too, Mike.
Will do John. I would say look for the middle aged, fat balding guy but there will be more than one of us there! ![]()

I went and was able to see the models and walk the swap meet in about 30 minutes. Kind of disappointed as the swap meet had A LOT of airplane and military kits and not much in the way of car kits. I did manage to pick up a MPC 4x4 Ford Van still sealed for $20 and another Revell 64 Chevy pickup. I did see some nice stuff at P&P Resin, just might have to place an order this week.
Many nice models on display and there were people streaming in at 11, so I probably missed a few more quality builds. Hopefully someone will post some pictures later today or tomorrow.

Great pictures Tom. What did John B. and Michael J. win...??

Nice pictures, Tom. And, howdy, Rich- I took 2nd place Sci Fi with a 1/100 Zaku 1 Gundam and a Top Fifteen award with the '67 Charger. And I know Mike took two awards but I forgot which... I believe for his Super Bee and Camaro...

Mike, I probably looked right at you at some point but didn't know it-- we should wear name tags. We got there a little after 11; y entries were the Gundam, the '67 Charger, the yellow GMC tow truck and the red and white Ramper.

I might have passed you on the way out John, I was out of there right after 11. I like the tow truck and ramper. I have a tow truck identical to yours under construction and am trying to decide on a color scheme for a fleet of tow trucks that I have in mind.
Glad to hear you won some awards, I will have to get my butt in gear and bring some of my builds for the next show.
Do you belong to SCMA?

Not an SCMA member yet but I intend to go to a meeting at the Hobby Stop in Rock Hill probably next month. I'm glad you like my trucks.
