while my engine parts were dryin up i figured i would finish up the mesh on the cowl panel.....i gotta say it came out real nice...............not to toot my own horn or anything.

Posted Image

and the underside....
Posted Image

the only problem i see is that there were two pins that held the windshield trim in place, ill have to find another way to mount it, but it shouldnt be too much of a problem.....

thats about it for me tonight guys,
thanks for lookin, lemme know what ya think.

cheers

You might want to try MCW , they have a wide range of colors and can get you hooked up. I think there is also another company, Scalefinishes, but he was closed for the summer and not re-opening until September,IIRC.

Nice car, can't wait to see it done.

well, i think i am done drilling holes in the block now! LOL

i drilled it out for, plug wires, heater hoses, waterpump bypass hose, vacuum lines for the valve cover breathers, one goes to the carb, and the other to the air cleaner, i drilled the vac line for the brake booster as well.....maybe a little too much, but i always go overboard with engine detail........

oh, i almost forgot, i have to drill out the carb for vac lines, and the fuel pump as well!!.....ooops almost missed them!
its almost time to shoot some paint on it.....

stay tuned, pics coming.
