Well done, young 'Grasshopper', you have learned that opportunity and tragedy often arrive in the same moment.....

Congrats on passing your test, as for the model it looks like it may have passed the crash test too! I think the vote for putting it back stock wins.

There is probably one of those in the history or future of us all!
I know that is little comfort but it lookef like a great factory stock build and it deserves another shot!
Joe.

Thanks for the kindness. I'll let it sit for awhile then work on it.

Wasn't that bad putting it back. It is missing a couple things, but I can live with it.

And for the Street Machine crowd...

I just couldn'd decide which wheels I liked more!

Looks like it went back together pretty well. Wish I could same the same for all my broken kits. Gotta admit though that I do like the new rims.

I was given the same test a couple of weeks back when my Austin Martin DBS took a header off the TV onto the hardwood floor. 2 of three kids were standing there watching. See they had a lost a toy under the TV and daddy was getting it for them when the accident happened. Luckily there was now external damage. Knocked all the light buckets loose inside and two wheels off but an easy rebuild. Congrats on not scaring the kids even more!
