Oh man Doc we got lots of great kits to look forward to next year! I'm gonna be picking up a few of those Daytona Spiders just for the wheels alone! So many kits I'm glad they're releasing. Thanks for the heads up Doc!

Well they may not be in shops, but they are dime a dozen on eBay and at swap meet/shows. This kit has been reissued a number of times since Miami Vice was on T.V. back in the 80's and has never been particularly popular due to it being a model of the T.V. car which wasn't an actual Ferrari Daytona but a kit car on a Corvette chassis.

Nope. The Uncle Jesse pickup was the '73-'75 body style. Totally different generation. AMT did the '73-'75 body, but it's the unpopular "Camper Special" F350 that has a different wheelbase than the regular long beds.

Oh man I've had no luck on ebay trying to grab one. I've gotten out bid every time. I'll try and look for a buy it now next time. You know I remember back in the 80s when this kit did come out to it was always marked down low at Longs Drugs for like 5 or 6 bucks where every other kits was going for 9 or 10 lol I never particularly cared for the car but man those spoke rims were always nice for other projects.
