An interesting variation would be one like this...Ford built the '67-72 Ford F series w/ some updates like the grille below until around 1990 in Brazil.

Some of those south american variations are hideous. As was mentioned before, check out fordification.com for the best info on these trucks... they've even got pics of the right hand drive australian fords on there
