The chassis is almost done, I just have to finish the mufflers, and add rust and weathering.

I've added some wires, the airpump hose and a dirty rag :





With the cab :




I have a problem with the cab, I can't open it wide. When I've tried to open it, the front touched the bumper... I don't know why, everything is in place....

I use "Instant Rust", I love that product, that's real rust !

P/S I wish I had a clunker like that in my yard dont think the misses would approve tho it would save me mowing the grass lol

Hi Pierre,
the same Kit is waiting on my bench to get started. I had the same idea, to make a "workaholic"-truck. But not sure this time, how far i will go with it. Just make an exercise on another truck.

Thanks. I'll be happy to see another version of that kit.
The chrome parts are rusty or painted.

What do you think about the stake bed ? Looks old wood no ?

That wood looks good but with a truck that looks that old surely some of that wood would have been broken split or just lost?
