you could even do it satin black , rims candy red and the top of the roof also candy red .. brings back the color in a second location and ties in everything hmm or like i said and also make a bed cover and do that candy red also option option options

lol i honestly stared at the kandy red and green yesterday @ hobby lobby for several minutes, but couldn't make up my mind so I opted for the blue angels yellow, at least for the moment for the wheels. Satin black though, is for sure going to be the body color. I'm very much debating on the kandy red vs kandy green vs. even kandy blue for the roof/wheels though. i almost bought a second one of these kits when I saw it on the shelf to ! lol

Yeah work sucks...been working a lot myself lately. But the good thing is, I work at home so, I can check the forum while here.
On older trucks and projects, I am kind of partial to Krylon Olive green myself...gives it a laid back version of military green.

That's awesome! work @ home? Are you in the computer world? I ask because i do Information Security / Infrastructure / Engineer work for a financial institution and I can work from home when need be, although a previous job had me 100% telecommute (that was awesome)

well imo it really doenst matter a whole lot what color you want to add it will all look good on the satin black so

I'm somewhat stuck on satin black, with the roof in the Blue Angels yellow and wheels the same.

Not to much progress at this point, started sanding out some of the mold marks and such. Goal is to have it bodyworked and in satin black asap. Then I'll go after taping off the roof and getting it sprayed. I've puttied up the back piece that is glued to the bottom of the cab.

Planning out what to do for the suspension. Thought about grafting in a new subframe to be honest for the front.

OT def. makes the world go around! I have a cross right now for the OT between getting paid or building it up for days off, I get one official week paid off...I've got 2 other almost full weeks of just "comp" time lol.

RB Motion's parts are phenomenal, although they arent cheap. Worth the price if you have the money to spend tho.

yeah, so very true. Mind is swarming regarding suspension on the cars and such.

but for now, got a set of the pegasus sleeves and experimented a bit with the resin ralley's.

Also got some color on the cab and hood. still need to polish it out, will do so after I spray the roof XXXXX color

Thats some sexy stuff! As for the suspension stuff, you can build stuff that looks just as good and works just as well as parts like the RB Motion stuff. Im not trying knock his stuff, its awesome, but I built the coilovers I have on the camaro in around a half hour and out of maybe 50c worth of styrene and wire. And coming from someone whos had to assemble his parts, they are a BITCH to put together, just an FYI. Not for the faint of heart.

ohhhh, flames had not crossed my mind yet....I REALLY like that idea!!they'd have to very well laid out. I think I'm going to add that to the list!!!

And yellow has been put into the forefront for sure now!

I'd have to agree, some flames would really look killer on this truck but I'm really liking that red you have on the rims for some reason. Can't wait to see more
