Made sometime between WW1 and WW2.
Waukesa engine ??
Used in the orchards and garden farms around the Niagara Peninsula.
Sorry,not great pics.( i-phone ), and in a rush.
If anybody needs better reference shots PM me and I'll stop and take better shots next time I'm in the area (Fort Erie,Ontario) near Buffalo.
